Refund policy

Can I return my order?

We offer returns on new/unworn products within 14 days after delivery of your order. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receiving it to ensure everything is accurate and free from defects.

In the event that your order contains defective/inaccurate products, please contact us at valkyriestrengthclub@gmail.com immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the issue(s). Valkyrie will cover the costs of your return postage and re-shipment of the correct product(s) only in the event you receive the wrong/defective products. 

If you wish to make a return due to wrong size ordered/buyer's remorse, or any other reason which Valkyrie is not responsible, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping costs, and we do not reimburse for the original shipping cost.

Items must be unworn with original tags and/or original packaging. You will be notified within three business days after we receive your order if your refund has been approved. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the refund amount.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size/color, you must return your original order in brand new condition. We reserve the right to inspect your return and make adjustments to this exchange policy if items show signs of wear and/or are missing original packaging. You are responsible for both the return postage and re-postage.

Custom Sandbags/Other Equipment

We do not offer any refunds/exchanges on customized sandbags or other equipment.
